  • Change-of-mind: 14 days from delivery to return. You pay return postage. We refund the product price.
  • Cooling-off (online orders): Tell us you’re cancelling within 7 days of delivery, then you have 14 more days to return. We refund the product price plus our standard outbound delivery fee.
  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect: Free return with your choice of refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace where possible; if not, we’ll offer a suitable refund or price reduction.
  • Lost or delayed shipments: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international) after dispatch, choose a free reship or refund.
